About John Smith, Rose, the Doctor and his daughter

SPOILERS...SPOILERS.... SPOILERS...


Let's face it, at the end of series 2, the Doctor wasn't ready (yet) to get married, have a family, a house with carpets, and a door, and a mortgage, and children...
Now, in series 3, John Smith nearly got married and he Doctor said he was able of all those things John could do... he realised how much he missed Rose and how much she meant to him... that she was REALLY more than a good companion (aka Martha & Jack).
In series 4, he'll get a daughter... he will learn to be a father again  ... so he'll be ready when he & Rose will start repopulating Gallifrey?
And thank you viola_lane!!!! I'm so glad the Bad wolf storyline is not over!!!!

Hee, that'd be interesting. And I don't know if the Bad Wolf story is over or not, just that a trailer was labeled Little Red Riding Hood, which could indicate many things. =D I'm hoping we'll finally get an explanation about it though (I want to know the effects of it)!

there's a few obstacles to that...like them not being the same species (or even the same Phyla)...and the fact that a base of 2 is not going to repopulate anywhere.

It depends if you count the movie as cannon. The Eighth Doctor said: "I'm half Human, on my Mothers side" this would suggest that it is possible for a Gallifreyan to mate with a Human.

Although I do see what you mean when you say that two isn't going to repopulate anywhere.

Also there's Leela who stayed behind on Gallifrey to marry Andred and I heard somewhere that they were going to have (or had) a child together. Not sure if that was totally canon or not but if it is then that suggests to me that Gallifreyans can mate with humans.
